Everything seemed good, welcoming staff, stylish rooms. My room included climate control, a safe box and a dining area. The breakfast was inclusive with pastries, had everything you could want. The service was good and the pool was great.

Everything was excellent, nothing too much trouble, I would recommend it. Had really really nice stay at Antera hotel, the staff were friendly, location was perfect and close to the beach. Well-appointed and beautifully designed room plus spacious bathroom. The pool was nice and I had hot drinks in the outdoor bar😀

Actually everything was amazing, my next choice again in Playa del Carmen. The room was impeccable and the breakfast was satisfactory as for the 4-star level. Music bar was superb!

The place was cozy and tidy. I had a separate bedroom and a gorgeous view of courtyard. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and a bus stop available walking distance to the hotel. Fast check-in, VERY PLEASANT staff.

Outstandingly accommodating staff, particularly good location and perfect rooms. A mini-bar, a personal safe and flat-screen TV in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Breakfast was absolutely superb with plenty of delicacies. Fairly clean and incredibly beautiful hotel in Centro district. It was also next doors bar plays loud music every night till 5 am. We had smooth check-in on arrival.
